Pathfinder Workshop. Cork
A pathfinder project is underway in Cork.
The first event in the new Pathfinder Project was held on 23rd November in Cork. The key-note presentation was by Dr. Kieran McKeown ‘What influences where people die in Cork’.
Final Journeys 1 & 2. Evaluation 2011
In September 2010 the HFH Programme launched Final Journeys 1 & 2; an introductory programme aimed at enhancing the quality of interactions between patients at end of life, their families and hospital staff. A review of this programme was carried out in 2011 and the results are now available

Waterford Regional Hospital. End of Life Symbol Project
The End of Life Committee in Waterford Regional Hospital have created a unique video to increse the awareness of the end of life symbol.
Forum on End of Life 2011
The Forum on End of Life in Ireland is an Irish Hospice Foundation initiative. During 2009 it engaged with the public on end-of-life issues to find what people in Ireland believed about dying, death and bereavement.
The 2011 Forum on End of Life was attended by over 300 people on October 12th in Dublin.
