The review has shown that Final Journeys 1& 2 are meeting their objectives of enabling staff to become more confident, competent and comfortable in end-of-life care. The Final Journeys programme is promoting a culture of awareness about end-of-life care and supporting the development of good communication skills in end-of-life care.
